π How Shots Are Calculated in Four-Ball Match Play
- Each player calculates their full Course Handicap
- Identify the player with the lowest Course Handicap
- Calculate the difference between each other player and the lowest
- Apply 90% to those differences β this is how many shots they receive

Strokes are allocated based on the Menβs Stroke Index to the 3 players receiving shots.

Player A (Lowest CH): 6
Player B: 12 β Difference = 6 β 90% = 5.4 β Gets 5 shots
Player C: 16 β Difference = 10 β 90% = 9 β Gets 9 shots
Player D: 20 β Difference = 14 β 90% = 12.6 β Gets 13 shots
