Calculates Course Handicaps and Match Play Shots for Singles! ⛳

📌 How Shots Are Calculated in Singles Match Play

Each player calculates their full Course Handicap using their Handicap Index and course details
The lower handicap player plays off scratch
The higher handicap player receives the difference in strokes between the two Course Handicaps

✅ Strokes are given to the higher handicapper on holes with the lowest Stroke Index values (e.g. SI 1, 2, 3…).

🧠 Example:
Player A (Handicap Index 9.6) → Course Handicap = 11
Player B (Handicap Index 14.2) → Course Handicap = 16
➡️ Player B receives 5 shots, used on SI 1 to 5
